Music deadline: February 6, 2027 (2 weeks before the festival)
Entries still marked "TBD" after February 6, 2027 incur a $10 penalty per entry.
No refunds. Credit and transfer options are available for injury or illness (details below). A non-refundable registration deposit of $25 per dancer is required at the time of registration to reserve a dancer's place in the festival. Any registrations submitted on or after January 1, 2027 will need to be paid in full at the time of registration.
Master Classes - Day 1
Over 5 hours of expert-led instruction in ballet, contemporary dance, and wellness from nationally recognized guest faculty.
Petites (Ages 6–8): $85.00
Juniors, Teens & Seniors (Ages 9–18): $125.00
Master class registration includes technique training, wellness and injury-prevention workshops, and professional development sessions designed to help your dancer grow beyond the festival weekend.
Gala Performance - Day 2
Step on stage for a professional performance experience with adjudication and personalized feedback from industry faculty.
Classical or Contemporary Solo: $120(flat rate)
Classical Pas de Deux: $115 per dancer
Contemporary Pas de Deux: $80 per dancer
Duet or Trio: $75 per dancer
Small Ensemble (4 dancers): $60 per dancer
Large Ensemble (5+ dancers): $50 per dancer
Group pricing is per dancer — for example, a Duet costs $150 total ($75 × 2 dancers).
Important Deadlines
Scholarship Opportunity Form Deadline — January 30th, 2027
If your dancer would like to be considered for scholarship opportunities from our partner schools, a separate Scholarship Interest Form is required.Please complete the form by January 30th, 2027 in order to be considered for scholarships from our partners.
Music Deadline — February 6, 2027 (2 weeks before the event)
All performance music must be submitted by this date.
Late submission: $10 penalty per entry
Submissions or updates made during festival weekend: $20 penalty per entry (payable onsite)
"TBD" Entry Deadline — February 6, 2027 (2 weeks before the event)
Any entry still marked "To Be Determined" after this date incurs a $10 penalty per entry. Make sure all dance titles, music, and dancer names are finalized ahead of time to avoid this fee.
Refund & Credit Policy
MBF does not offer refunds.
Injury: A credit may be issued with a signed doctor's letter (on letterhead) submitted at least 2 weeks before the event. A $120 administrative fee is deducted from the credit.
Illness: Entry fees (minus the $120 administrative fee) may be transferred to another event with a valid doctor's note.

Master class pricing starts at $85 for Petites (ages 6–8) and $125 for Juniors, Teens, and Seniors (ages 9–18). Gala performance entries range from $50–$120 per dancer depending on the type of entry (solo, duet, ensemble, etc.).

All music and final entry details are due by February 6, 2027 — two weeks before the festival. Late submissions and onsite changes incur additional fees.
